Stanislas de Remur

Cofounder & CEO

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Paris II and a degree from École Supérieure de Commerce de Reims and an MBA from the University of Melbourne, Stanislas de Rémur joined JP Morgan's Corporate Finance team in Paris and then launched his career in Australia. In early 1999, he joined General Electric, where he continued working until September 2000, when he founded Oodrive, with the ambition of creating “the first online hard disk”.
Stanislas de Rémur is intensely involved in the development of Cloud Computing, as Vice-President of Tech In France (formerly AFDEL), Director of Eurocloud in France and in Spain, Director of Transition Numérique + and member of Seed4Soft, a business owners’ association that funds young innovative businesses.

Cédric Mermilliod

Cofounder & Senior VP

A graduate of EM Lyon Business School, Cédric Mermilliod started his career in 1998 in the Marketing Department of Renault Portugal, and then at Unilever France. In September 2000, he co-founded Oodrive with Stanislas de Rémur and Edouard de Rémur.
At Oodrive, Cédric is the Co-founder and Senior VP, specifically in charge of the Group's Channel activities. He is also Vice President of the FNTC (National Federation of Trusted Third Parties).

Édouard de Rémur

Cofounder & Senior VP

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Paris II and a degree from EM Lyon Business School, Edouard de Rémur began his career at the Hong Kong branch of the bank Société Générale. Two years later, he joined Andersen Consulting, which he left in 2000 to found Oodrive.
At Oodrive, Edouard is the Co-founder and Senior VP, specifically in charge of the Group's direct sales business.

Élisabeth Clément

Chief Financial Officer

With a Master’s Degree in Management Sciences, Elisabeth Clément started her professional career as a management supervisor in the industrial sector.
Elisabeth Clément joined Oodrive after 7 years as Chief Financial Officer in the distribution of consumer electronics and IT devices.

Philippe Motet

Chief Technical Officer

A graduate of the advanced electronics institute Supélec, Philippe Motet began his professional career as an R&D Engineer at Dassault Systèmes. After 8 years at the head of an R&D team at Dorotech, specializing in data backup and archiving, he became the Chief Technical Officer of Atempo, which he left 9 years later to become the CTO of the French startup Active Circle.
Philippe Motet therefore already had 25 years of experience in software publishing and technical team management when he joined Oodrive as Chief Financial Officer in 2015.

Eryk Markiewicz

Chief Marketing Officer

After starting his career in Canada and the USA, Eryk returned to Europe to participate in the global development of European-born worldwide leaders in Analytics, such as Business Objects (France) and Qlik (Sweden), where he held the global responsibilities of Vice President of Global Marketing and of Business Development.
He then entered the companies Perceptive Software and Informatica, where he held positions in International Marketing and Business Transformation.
Eryk is a university-trained IT Engineer with a degree from Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique.
After spending years in Asia, England, Switzerland the Mideast, Eryk joined Oodrive as Chief Marketing Officer in May 2016.

Jean-Louis Amice

Chief Human Resources Officer

With a Political Science degree from the prestigious Ecole de Sciences Politiques in Paris, Jean-Louis, and a first experience as Project Officer for the President of the G7 Group, he joined the Beijaflore consulting firm where he managed careers at the head office, in particular. He then joined L’Oréal for about 9 years, where he pursued his HR career path, combining responsibilities for business and plant operations, Learning assignments and, finally, recruitment at the head office.
After that, he became HR Director of the Adagio hotel chain before joining Oodrive as Group HR Director in 2017.

Frédéric Fouyet

Innovation, Products and Security Director

Trained as an engineer specializing in Applied Mathematics and Software Engineering, Frédéric Fouyet worked at Thalès for 8 years in the Group's engineering division as the head of the Electronic Data Management Methods and Technology Watch Team. He then became Director of Projects at Cashware, a company that integrates and operates security and confidence services.
After 10 years as the CTO of CertEurope, he acted as the head of Projects and ISSM, before becoming Innovation, Products and Security Director for Oodrive.

Jérôme Lefèvre

Professional Services & Customer Success Director

After gaining experience as the head of the sales teams at Omnikles, Jérome Lefèvre is now Oodrive’s Professional Services & Customer Services Director.
He previously worked in various sectors as a Press Officer in IT communications agencies, where he worked as an Account Manager. Jérôme has both IT training as an analyst/developer and training in communications and marketing.

Christophe Ophoff

Managing Director BELUX

With a degree in Marketing and Communications, Christophe Ophoff gained over 20 years of experience in new information technologies and communications in major corporations such as Siemens, Colt, Mobistar and VOO.
After having managed sales teams in various companies, he has now become Oodrive’s Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg.

This internationally respected standard confirms Oodrive’s capacity to guarantee confidentiality, availability, integrity and traceability for its customers.
Our data centers are also all certified ISO 27001.

France Cybersecurity

The « France Cybersecurity » label guarantees users that the products and services bearing the label are French and that have clear and well-defined functionalities, with a level of quality verified by an independent jury. Oodrive has received the « France Cybersecurity » label for its file sharing and digital confidence solutions.

Cloud Confidence

Oodrive has Cloud Confidence certification, a standard that guarantees clients and users a transparent framework of data protection.


CertEurope is a qualified Certification Services Provider that complies with the Order of 26 July 2004 and EU specifications ETSI/TS 101456 and ETSI/TS 102042.
The accreditations of CertEurope’s solutions attest to strict compliance with the technical requirements drawn up by the French Network and Information Security Agency (ANSSI).
